National Project Managers was founded in 1983 to provide the full scope of engineering services for owners, contractors and operators. Four decades on, that founding idea still holds: great thinkers need even greater hands to turn an idea into reality.

NPM began as a project-management firm built to deliver complex engineering work — power, oil & gas and infrastructure — across the Middle East. Over the years we grew into a full Engineering, Procurement and Construction capability, with teams delivering some of the region's most demanding projects.
Today NPM is deliberately lean: a small, senior team that carries four decades of hard-won judgement. What we lost in headcount we kept in experience — you work directly with the people who have planned, built and maintained major facilities, not a layer of account managers in between.

The business is focused on four things we do well: building operations & maintenance, project management, feasibility and PMO work, UAE-based trading and procurement, and digital solutions including our Tasdeeq valuation platform.
